The skills I acquired from working on assignment 5 were a lot. I learned a lot from this assignment such as transitions with action buttons, disable linear navigation, and sound effect. I did like that this assignment was fun to especially when you see what you created. I did not like how hard it was to complete the assignment especially the disable linear  navigation. I can improve it by creating a better game.     I will use data collection tool as a teacher by receiving feedback from my students. Receiving feedback from my students could help me become better at teaching in the future. I could also use data collection for more reasons like getting a understanding on what they know. For example, the first day of school you can create a survey to see what they are know/learned.      Collaboration in online courses is hard. I will make sure my students have a positive experiences by allowing them to collaborate on th...

A skill I gain from working on the Web Design was the calendars. The calendar was all new to me but also taught me how to use it for the future when creating a website for my class as a teacher. I liked how at the end the website look amazing but I did not like how long it took especially trying to do everything right. This assignment can be used in my future career by allowing me to let teachers, students, and parents know what we will be doing in class.  My class website:  https://eme40.weebly.com/ A skill I learned from working with Diigo was the highlight and post. Another one was finding sources and how everyone source related. This application can be useful in classroom when it comes down to finding resources. Such as doing a research paper, and students can grab information from each other to put into their paper. My experience with working on Participation Portfolio has been good. I did find it enjoyable learning about some great things such as the commonlicense ...

I will use these tools to help better myself, my students, classroom very efficiently and efficiently. Some specific teacher productivity tools I will use are Google Classroom and ClassDojo. These tools are very helpful for keeping my class together and separated especially if I'm teaching multiple classes at one...

My initial experience using Diigo was weird. I do like Diigo but I also do not like it at the same time. Diigo have its pros and cons when it comes to using it for me. Some stuff I like about the website Diigo is being able to post, see what other post and the way the website help me with learning. Some cons I did have with the website is that it is hard to navigate the website for me. I have a hard time trying to see what is being posted but it is also good for me to learn how to use Diigo more.     My experience with blogging have been great...almost to the point that I have a small chance of loving it. I like that I can write what I want on the blog and write as much as I can/want. I do not like the basic about it because I think it would be cool to make it private or even public like a Instagram but strictly for school and learning. I have learned a lot about the blogging process especially since it is helpful for my class.     An interes...

My early experience started in high school. My teacher gave us extra credit to create a Twitter account to do blogs and talk about our class. Due to the fact, it was extra credit and my teacher said I did not need it, I really did not care to use it. Once covid hit, I started to be on Twitter more often since it was easy to grade and it was fun knowing everyone was on it. I have been interacting more with my peers and a few of my teachers from high school. I find it beneficial because I have the opportunity to find information and connect more with my future goals. Twitter might be helpful in my future career when looking for tips, jobs, research, and people in my field. Finding these on Twitter could help me have a successful career since I could access these things from that little bird app on my personal device.      The digital divide is the division between people and the use of electronics such as computers, smartphones, iPad, watches, and much...

ELA technology standard is focused on helping students from K-12 create ideas to explore minds, development, and much more. The standard I selected was Grades: K-2 Standard 4: Hardware and Software. This standard is for students to be able to seek and know the different electronic devices in our classrooms. This standard also talks about teaching them how to use and operate the devices and the programming that these devices offer. I do feel prepared to implement this standard base on my knowledge and skills using electronics. Since I was young, I have always used some type of electronic for class even if it's just a computer. I think I am very much prepared to teach K-2 how to use some type of electronics even if it is just for 20 minutes.      The grade level and resource I selected was 1st-grade science. The tool/resource that interest me the most was Recording with Pictures and Writing on a Science Investigation. This resource helps students use the...

Copyright in my own words is stealing someone else works or property and using it as yours without giving credit to the person who originally made or created the work/property. Fair use is the ability to use someone's work that is protected by intellectual property without the owner's consent. As a teacher, I will punish the student but not on the first try. If I have a student that submits something that is someone else work I will warn them about how this is wrong but never ruin their image. If the student does it again, I will then try to punish them by turning them in to the academic counselor and letting them do what is necessary. With my own instructional materials, I will give an example of what is copyright, explain it to them, and also tell them what would be the result if they copyright someone's work. Student creates their own work by letting them turn in an assignment and giving them a zero if it is copyrighted. Doing this creates a scare but I will also ...
